Knight of Wands
Keywords: action, adventure, passion, drive
The Knight of Wands gallops at full speed on a rearing horse, wand held high, wearing a tunic decorated with salamanders. He’s pure action. This card announces adventures, changes of direction, travel and an energy that can’t stand still. It’s time to throw yourself in, follow your passion and show up boldly. Your courage inspires others. Just remember to watch the road now and then: enthusiasm runs faster than plans.
Reversed
Reversed, the Knight of Wands shows impulsiveness, projects that start with fire and get abandoned, or frustration at not being able to move forward. It can also point to a quick temper or rushed decisions. Channel that energy into something physical: a walk, a sport, tidying the house. Then, with a calmer body, decide with a cool head which path truly deserves your fire.
Love
In love it brings passion, adventure and intense attraction. It could be someone with plenty of charisma and little patience. Enjoy the thrill, but don’t mistake intensity for commitment. Ask what the other person is looking for before you dive in completely.
Work
At work it announces travel, rapid changes, bold ventures or a project that takes off all at once. Your energy moves the team. Balance it with some planning so the race doesn’t run out of fuel.
Advice
Pick a small adventure and do it this week. Move your body before making important decisions: energy sorts itself out in motion.
