Refund Policy

14-day refund

If you are not happy with your full report, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. No questions asked.

Report didn't open?

If your license key doesn't work or the report doesn't load, contact us first — we will fix it quickly or refund you.

How to ask

Use the Lemon Squeezy order portal (https://app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders), sign in with the email you used to pay, and request a refund for your K-Fate order — or reply to your receipt email. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

After a refund

We may disable the license key of a refunded order.
